What is one tip you have for incoming or current students?

I would say take advantage of all of the opportunities that are presented to you in the [Burnett] Honors College and UCF in general. With such a large school, there's bound to be something that interests you. The faculty members have great connections and if they don't know about anything you're interested in, I can guarantee they know someone who does. Ask around and get involved. UCF is what you make of it!

What is one tip you have for incoming or current students?

What is one tip you have for incoming or current students?

I would highly recommend maintaining interests that are unconventional for your primary focus of study. This intention can be completed in coursework, in extracurricular activities, or even by double majoring if you have time. When you are applying for jobs or further education in the future, this will help you to stick out among others with similar baseline qualifications. Best of luck!

What is one tip you have for incoming or current students?

My one tip for incoming students is that no matter how hard something may seem, never give up, never slack off, it will all be worth it in the end. When you finish all those classes and get to do what you truly enjoy, you will look back at everything you learned in school and be grateful for what you did.
