Sales & Marketing Coordinator

About the role … most importantly to mention first, this coordinator position is a training role for you to become an Account Manager.
Over time, you will be asked to take on more and more customer-facing responsibilities.
In other words – this position gives you the skills & knowledge to advance as the company grows!


-Providing customer service & support to our key accounts.
-Order management & problem-solving through unexpected issues.
-Researching customers to develop outside the box ideas for them.
-Coming up with unique and unexpected ways to delight customers.
-Communicating with customers about past, present or future projects.
-Database research & management.
-Physical deliveries of samples, treats & surprises to key customers.
-Shipping & tracking samples.
-Creating presentations to help drive sales of key accounts.
-Utilizing our cloud-based software systems.
-Brainstorming with the team on solutions and ideas.

Requirements for position:

-Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
-Basic/Intermediate knowledge of SalesForce & QuickBooks and/or willingness to learn.
-People skills; to be personable with clients, colleagues & vendors.
-Excellent communication skills – both written/verbal.
-Possesses attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
-Self-starter. Proficient at prioritizing tasks & staying on schedule.

-Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field a plus
-Print or Promotional Products experience a huge plus
-Graphic Design skills (Adobe products) a plus
