Spring 2017 – University Honors Graduation Banquet

6:00 – 8:30 p.m. (Doors open at 5:30 p.m.)

Program will begin promptly at 6 p.m.

Pegasus Grand Ballroom, UCF Student Union

Student RSVP:

If you are a University Honors student graduating in Spring 2017 or Summer 2017 and have submitted your Honors Intent to Graduate, you are invited to attend the University Honors Graduation Banquet. The Banquet is a formal, seated dinner, during which we recognize our Honors graduates by vesting them with their Honors Medallion, symbolizing their academic success. You will receive an email to your Knights Email account with the link to RSVP for your complimentary student ticket on March 17, 2017.

The RSVP deadline is April 19, 2017.

You must RSVP in order to attend the Banquet.

Guests:

Every graduate may reserve up to 3 guest tickets for friends and family members. Guest tickets are limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Guest tickets are $40 each. Payment for guest tickets will be accepted via debit or credit card. You must pay upon submitting your guest. You will not be able to make any changes to your RSVP following submission. If a guest is unable to attend after they have been submitted, please contact Carla.Portilla@ucf.edu

Extra Guest Ticket Policy: If there are any guest tickets remaining as of April 19, 2017, they will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.  Extra ticket requests can be made when you RSVP. You will receive a notification email starting April 21 confirming whether or not you have been granted additional tickets. Any extra tickets must be paid for by April 24.

Menu:

Main Entrée: Chicken Franzia seared chicken with artichokes and fire roasted tomatoes in a white wine lemon sauce, garlic with rosemary roasted red bliss potatoes, and roasted seasonal fresh vegetables.

Vegetarian Entrée: Seared polenta cake with white bean puree, sauteed baby kale, wild mushrooms and a truffle oil drizzle.

*Please be sure to note if you prefer the vegetarian entree, as well as any dietary restrictions for you and your guests during the RSVP process*

Attire:

The Burnett Honors College Graduation Banquet is a formal event attended by UCF’s President, Provost, and additional members of administration. Professional business attire is recommended.

Parking:

Complimentary parking will be available in parking lots H1 & H2 located directly in front of The Burnett Honors College. Please see map.
