Honors Upper Division Courses
In addition to Interdisciplinary Seminars, each semester The Burnett Honors College offers courses to fulfill Honors upper-division requirements for specific majors. To review upper division requirements for your major, visit the University Honors section of our web site and search for Honors requirements specific to your major/college. In consultation with an Honors advisor, these courses may be used to fulfill lower-division credit for freshmen entering with much of their GEP credit earned who will have difficulty fulfilling 12 hours of Honors GEP.
Honors Composition Requirement
Honors Composition is required for students without incoming credit: if you don’t have incoming credit for composition, you must take Honors Composition. It is the only GEP course we require students to take in Honors. We want our students to have exceptional writing skills and want to help you achieve this goal by taking Honors composition.
